About UsFormed in September 2014, the Federation represents 73 practices in Ealing. The board is respresented by elected directors from all localities and networks.
The company consists of a Board of Directors, with 2 directors nominated from each locality and 2 non-executive directors. I have been a partner since 2010 and have been involved in working with and representing my local colleagues since then. I am currently Chair of the Ealing Local Medical Committee (LMC) and Vice Chair for the Ealing, Hammersmith & Hounslow LMCs.

Dr. Mark Mikhail

I have been in General Practice since 2012. I briefly worked with the ECCG procuring a community service.
My medical interests are cardiology, mental health and training medical undergraduates. I am also interested in health care design and innovation and was lead for the Emergency Awareness Scheme in 2013. |
Anil Sagar

I qualified from Kings College London in 2006 and have worked in Acton since 2015. I was appointed as one of the Ealing GP Federation team in 2019 and hope that we can support practices for service provision and patient care. I am keen to develop trainees to help our future generation of clinicians and appreciate the strengths of collaborative working.

Dr. Adam Jenkins

I have been a general practitioner in Greenford since 1985. Previously I have been the GP representative on Ealing Health Authority district management board, Chairman of EHH Health Authority Commissioning Executive, Vice Chairman of the Greenford Consortium of Fundholding Practices, Chairman of Northolt and Greenford PCG, Practice Based Commissioning lead for North PBC, and Shadow lead for North part of Ealing GP Commissioning Group. My medical interests are cardiology, hypertension and respiratory medicine.

Dr. Jagjeet Sandhu

I feel I am a GP who is passionate about delivering quality patient care, and contributing to the improvement of services in Primary Care. My vision is to develop an integrated primary and secondary care network. As a local GP who feels for the local community, with a genuine interest in their care within the community, we have continued to support and develop the community engagement health promotion project, Southall Health Improvement.

Dr. Suk Shergill

I have been in General Practice since 1999. I have previous experience in commissioning (both PCTs and Pathfinder CCGs) where I was leading prescribing and planned care. My medical interests are cardiology, sports medicine and training FY2 doctors and GP Registrars.
I am a Practice Manager in Central Ealing and I have worked in the NHS for the last 8 years. Prior to that I worked for 19 years with 3M UK PLC and have extensive experience of business process improvement and project management, both in UK based roles and in leading European project teams. I have a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and am a volunteer listener with the Samaritans.
I trained at Kent and Canterbury hospital as RGN in 1983. I have extensive experience in primary care working as a Nurse Practitioner. I was one of first 15 Nurse Practitioners to train in the United Kingdom. I have spent over 11 years working in quality, Clinical Governance and practice development - improving service provision for patients and public.

I was appointed as the CEO of Ealing GP Federation in 2014, shortly after the formation of the company. I have led the organisation's operational services from its establishment, initially focused on the Out of Hospitals Services Contract, then through the introduction of the Ealing Standard and more latterly the formation and development of the PCNs.
I am responsible for the overall output of the Federation and manage a team of managerial and support staff. |
Narinder Sandhu

Brings to the team experience spanning +10 years in the NHS across from Public Health, Business Intelligence, Contracting and Primary Care Commissioning. Nin leads general operations, oversees the support services to primary care networks, clinical directors and staff management of the PCNs’ ‘Additional Roles’.

Angela Wilson
Network Account Manager |
Brings + 20 years of experience working across a variety of NHS organisations from General Practice, PCT and CCGs in Primary Care commissioning, Service Development and Provision. Angela is one of the Network Account Managers and supports South Southall and NGP PCNs. She also lead the NIHR research project for the Fedreation.

I have spent 18 years previous working in a Retail Community Pharmacy chain, where I held various role including Store Management and HR and I am a qualified NVQ2 Dispenser. I have a great deal of experience in training including pharmacists and clinical governance in a community pharmacy setting

Joined Ealing GP Federation in February 2020 as a part time Bookkeeper and Financial Officer. Have 5 years of experience in NHS during which she has gained understanding and knowledge around finances and management.

20 years Administrative experience via a number of different roles, including Operations and Office Manager. Skills include working in a HR capacity as well as Policies, processes and people management and supports the Senior Admin & HR Manager within the Federaton in this capacity.
